Event Regulations

Any Vespa owner or enthusiast, Greek or otherwise, is eligible to participate in the Vespa Club Thessaloniki 40th Anniversary event. The participation fee is €30 per person and includes :

  1. Admission to concerts, parties, parades, etc.
  2. An event wristband to be worn by the participant throughout the event
  3. Event stickers. (3 pieces)
  4. Event T-shirt
  5. Balloons – string. (We’ll tie them to the Vespa during the parade)
  6. Vespa Club Thessaloniki sticker
  7. Voucher for Friday’s meal (3 pork souvlaki skewers, potato salad, bread, one 330 ml Vergina beer)
  8. Voucher for Saturday’s breakfast (cheese mpougatsa).
  9. Event program.
  10. Commemorative bottle of vespΟΙΝΟς wine.
  11. Admission to the spectacular show featuring the greatest Vespa acrobat.
  12. Entry ticket to SOUL-SKG
  13. Bottle of water
  14. Croissant with hazelnut cream filling
  15. 40g Macedonian halva, vanilla flavour

By submitting their registration form, each participant unconditionally accepts the meeting rules and instructions of the organizers during the event and fully releases the organizers and their partners from any liability regarding anything that may happen to them or their property. The organizers bear no responsibility for any accident or mishap that may occur during the Gathering. The schedule is subject to change depending on weather conditions.

Upon submitting their registration form, each participant must wear the special wristband provided to them at the time of registration. We adhere to the traffic code while traveling.

All Vespa enthusiasts, whether present or not, are eligible to participate in the Vespa and other prize drawings. The drawing will take place at the Soul Skg venue on May 2 at 11:59 a.m.

The organiser sets the maximum number of participants at 250 people.
